Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions
• Independently lead contract drafting and negotiations for various commercial contracts and complex matters
• Oversee and analyze global corporate administration efforts, ensuring compliance with laws

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school; admitted and member in good standing of a state bar, preferably New York or California
• 3-5 years of experience at a top law firm, with a preference for some previous in-house experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and exercise judgment
• Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results
• Excitement about working cross-functionally on new and unfamiliar projects
