Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a remote call center position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with prescription refill requests and processing
• Assess callers' needs and utilize the clinical triage process for patient care issues
• Receive and respond to patient phone calls, directing them to clinicians as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
• 2 years' experience as an LPN
• Compact/multi-state LPN licensure
• BLS certification
