Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing & Business Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee firmwide operational processes and maintain a centralized calendar of key internal initiatives
• Manage internal marketing deliverables and coordinate firm-led events and initiatives
• Lead internal engagement efforts and support HR in employee experience programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in agency operations, internal communications, marketing, or project management
• Analytical mindset with strong grasp of systems thinking and process optimization
• Collaborative and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Bonus: Experience in a PR or marketing agency and familiarity with hybrid team operations
