Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations & Digital Demand Generation Leader (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive MQL and SQL growth
• Manage lead nurture programs and develop target account campaigns in alignment with sales strategies
• Own the marketing tech stack and maintain accurate reporting dashboards for performance insights

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, SaaS, or compliance-related industries
• Proven track record of digital demand generation with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Pardot
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
• Familiarity with ABM strategies and experience marketing to small or medium-sized businesses is preferred
