• Conduct interviews and share customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in customer marketing, content marketing, or customer advocacy within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven storytelling and interview skills with a history of producing high-quality customer assets
• Experience supporting both product-led growth and sales-led motions with targeted customer content
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Experience in launching or contributing to customer communities or councils
