• Lead and support the Marketing Team, providing mentorship to individual contributors
• Manage social media and paid ad campaigns from planning through execution and reporting
• Collaborate with other departments on go-to-market strategies and seasonal product launches

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading marketing teams
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns across major platforms
• Strong familiarity with Google services and project management tools, preferably ClickUp
• Experience using Slack for team communication and collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
