• Design and activate audience segments using first-party and third-party data
• Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize results

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on programmatic media buying
• Demonstrated success in driving scalable, profitable campaigns using DSPs
• Deep knowledge of campaign architecture and media attribution
• Experience targeting homeowners or high-intent audiences
• Ability to work autonomously and optimize campaigns rapidly
