Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of AML Policy and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update AML/ATF policies and frameworks to meet regulatory standards
• Lead AML risk assessments and create strategic plans to mitigate risks
• Design rules within AML monitoring systems and implement new technologies for enhanced compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AML/ATF compliance or related regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of Canadian AML regulations and frameworks
• Experience in designing and implementing AML policies and risk assessments
• Hands-on experience with AML monitoring systems and technology implementation
• Relevant certifications such as CAMS or CFCS are a plus
