Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Managed Care Contracting - Large Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based contracts, managing revenues between $500m and $1b
• Develop and implement innovative economic and clinical alignment agreements with various stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and contract language to support managed care contracting initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in hospital or payer contracting
• 2+ years of experience in financial modeling and reimbursement technologies
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry, including insurance and managed care
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
