Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Specialist who will oversee the deed generation team and ensure performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for preparation of deeds and manage the document order pipeline

Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant experience in document preparation and recording

  • Knowledge of real estate title searching
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software products
