Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Sales and Account Manager to expand their 3rd party logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow 3PL revenue by selling cold-chain frozen fulfillment solutions to DTC companies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects while nurturing existing accounts
• Develop sales strategies and lead the sales effort, including presentations and proposals

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, preferably in 3PL services
• Curiosity and flexibility to identify suitable leads and customer requirements
• Experience in problem solving related to 3PL capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on relationship-building
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach
