Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Litigation Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee legal strategies in response to litigation and regulatory inquiries
• Supervise internal litigation teams and manage outside counsel
• Draft internal policies and ensure consistent communication of litigation updates

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a nationally accredited U.S. law school preferred
• Admission to practice law in the US preferred
• 6-10 years of experience in a law firm, in-house experience desirable
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage attorneys and staff
