The Role

The Team Manager, Paid Media and Measurement is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing Linqia’s multi-channel paid media and measurement strategy across influencer campaigns. This role blends team leadership, digital advertising expertise, and operational excellence to ensure Linqia remains at the forefront of performance-driven influencer marketing.

As the leader of the Paid Media and Measurement team, you’ll be responsible for developing a high-performing group of Strategists, scaling Linqia’s paid offering, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients. You’ll drive innovation across platforms and processes, build industry-leading measurement capabilities, and serve as a key advocate for paid media within and beyond the company.

This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership—balancing day-to-day team operations with a constant pulse on what’s next in paid media and analytics. You’ll shape internal education efforts, oversee third-party partnerships, and help evolve Linqia’s value proposition in a competitive market.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Shape Campaign Strategy & Execution – Oversee all paid media and measurement workstreams, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable performance across platforms and client objectives.
  • Act as a Customer-Facing Expert – Serve as a senior contact for clients, providing thought leadership, campaign insights, and clear communication on paid media performance.
  • Foster a Center of Excellence – Design and facilitate monthly workshops and team education sessions, driving innovation and ensuring best-in-class execution.
  • Vendor & Platform Management – Lead negotiations and relationships with third-party vendors and platforms to maximize value and impact.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights – Track team KPIs, provide performance insights to leadership, and make strategic recommendations to enhance results.
  • Operational Oversight – Manage hiring, resourcing, employee development, compensation changes, and other team operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Client Services, and Creator Operations to deliver integrated campaigns with a balanced mix of organic and paid tactics.
  • Champion the Function – Act as an internal and external advocate for the paid media and measurement function, elevating its visibility and impact.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Paid Media Leader – 5-6 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or measurement, with at least 3 years in people management roles.
  • Customer-Facing Strategist – Confident in leading high-level client conversations, translating performance into actionable insights, and delivering compelling recommendations.
  • Team Mentor & Educator – Passionate about growing others, sharing knowledge, and building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Hands-On & Strategic – Equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to solve problems or support campaign execution.
  • Digitally Fluent – Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), analytics tools, and industry trends.

Collaborative Leader – Skilled at working across teams and disciplines to align priorities, enhance efficiency, and deliver excellent results.
