Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Pro Capacity Growth by improving conversion rates, identifying new prospect pools, and evaluating new technologies
• Program manage large strategic changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Drive sales-related strategic priorities and provide thought partnership to Sales Operations and Sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations
• Sales or Sales Operations experience preferred
• Strong analytical and execution background with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Management consulting experience at a top firm is strongly preferred
