Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the call resolution process for the FOSSE property management system
• Provides level 1 problem determination and support for FOSSE PMS and integrated applications
• Records incidents and communicates resolution or next steps to customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or computer support
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Word
• Established work history of strong customer service
• General knowledge of hospitality business functions and processes
