Oversee and distribute cases to Clinical Nurse Advisors (CNAs) while monitoring quality and productivity metrics
Implement management policies to ensure adherence to service level agreements and assist CNAs with technical issues
Conduct regular coaching sessions, manage team morale, and develop individual development plans for CNAs
Required Qualifications:
Active PHRN and US Registered Nurse (USRN) license
Minimum of 2 years post-education clinical experience, preferably with customer service experience
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in managing HR-related concerns within a team
