Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (1099/Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality patient enrollments through outbound calls
• Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility for services and explain benefits to prospective patients
• Meet or exceed daily call and enrollment targets while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of direct enrollment or sales experience, preferably with outbound calling
• Proven ability to generate high-quality enrollments and overcome objections
• Experience in building relationships and communicating effectively with diverse personas
• Ability to present information confidently and tailor messaging to meet patient needs
• Prior experience using technology for documentation and communication
