Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and online channels
  • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing while processing new and amended enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
Required Qualifications
  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance
  • 1+ years of customer service experience and 6 months of sales experience
  • Verifiable high school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC operations
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
