Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor based in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists, conducting individual and group supervision sessions
• Facilitate case consultations and lead team meetings to promote collaborative problem-solving
• Review treatment plans and clinical documentation to ensure compliance with best practices and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with at least 10 years of post-license experience in psychotherapy
• Minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in pediatric mental health
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) and residency in the Pacific Time Zone
• Experience with supervision and risk management
• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based treatments for children and adolescents
