Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Case Management for Behavioral Health and ABA services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Autism Care Management Department in achieving operational goals related to case management and utilization management
• Support and maintain case coordination methods between departments to ensure seamless referrals
• Provide day-to-day management and support for staff development to maintain effective Autism Care Management operations

Qualifications:

• Active unrestricted independent clinical mental health license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT); dual BCBA highly preferred
• Five or more years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance abuse healthcare settings
• Three or more years of previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality autism care and care management programming
• Experience interacting with network ABA providers in a professional manner
