Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Energy (ESPC) Analyst with Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert analytical support during ESPC project development, execution, and sustainment
• Support the conception, solicitation, negotiation, construction, and performance of ESPC task orders
• Assist government employees with technical analysis of ESPC projects and manage project tracking and verification reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience in analytical support for ESPC project development and execution
• Proven ability to support the full lifecycle of ESPC task orders
• Experience with technical analysis and modeling in engineering, financial, and schedule areas
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
