• Develop innovative solutions to support strategic business unit objectives and evaluate risk-return tradeoffs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in financial analytics and risk management
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of economic capital requirements and reinsurance analytics
• Ability to support chief risk officers and assess implications of strategic plans
• Experience in developing systems to address complex business challenges
