Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in compliance, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and State Bar admission
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, UDAAP)
• Experience with consumer lending, payments, or banking products is a plus
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments
