Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports leadership in interpreting contract terms and ensuring compliance
• Leads subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts
• Develops and prepares complex internal and external communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in government contracts and procurement management
• Experience in managing complex multi-year contracts
• Proficiency in leading negotiations with customers and subcontractors
• Advanced knowledge of the FAR and familiarity with Gov.-approved procurement systems
• Experience with ERP systems and strong analytical skills
