Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Provide guidance on global privacy laws and assist in maintaining privacy policies and conducting assessments
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance of contractual commitments with product functionalities

Required Qualifications

• A law degree and qualification to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in technology, commercial, or privacy law
• Strong foundation in global privacy law, particularly in EU (GDPR) or US (CCPA/CPRA) frameworks
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts and adapt to changing priorities
