Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System Specialist who will provide data management and support for the LMS system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LMS databases, ensuring data integrity and performing system configurations and upgrades
• Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate statistical reports and insights
• Provide troubleshooting support for LMS software applications and coordinate with IT for technical issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience
• Experience in compiling, validating, and analyzing data from Learning Management Systems
• Experience managing LMS databases and ensuring data security and backups
• Ability to troubleshoot LMS and related software applications
• Completion of at least 24 semester hours in relevant coursework related to learning theory, instructional design, or educational evaluation
