A company is looking for an Online Course Facilitator for Beekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and instruct online sessions, ensuring effective communication and engagement with students
• Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback while maintaining a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to enhance course content and student engagement based on feedback and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Completion of the Cornell University Master Beekeeping Program with a grade of 80% or higher
• Minimum of five years of beekeeping experience
• Extensive knowledge of honey bees and beekeeping practices
• Ability to support a learner-centered approach for adult learners
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage high volumes of work effectively
