Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative training solutions that meet business needs
  • Analyze training needs by collaborating with internal clients to identify knowledge and skill gaps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational objectives and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or training development
  • Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate and Storyline
  • Undergraduate degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
