Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging learning programs using various delivery methods

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Learning Consultancy or adult learning and development
• Proven expertise in designing and developing training programs for diverse audiences
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess learning outcomes
