Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Curriculum Designer, Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop innovative training solutions
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain instructional materials for training programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update sales training content

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining technical curriculum
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the security industry
• Knowledge of instructional design and eLearning software (Articulate 360 preferred)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Skilljar preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception to maintenance
