Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Coach to provide support and guidance to students in their training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach students to help them overcome challenges related to motivation, grades, or payments
• Provide timely support and resolve inquiries using Front/HubSpot
• Respond to inquiries from current and potential students via phone, email, SMS, and social media

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a career services or student coaching role (preferred)
• Experience with Front, Freshdesk, or HubSpot (preferred)
• A reliable computer capable of multitasking with online tools and video conferencing software
• High-speed internet connection
• A quiet, professional workspace
