Compact Licensed Clinical Education RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Education RN to design and implement remote training programs for RNs in a telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and design comprehensive training programs for the RN team
• Manage and improve onboarding processes for new RNs
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered compact licensure with eligibility for 50 state licensure
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in remote education or virtual training delivery
• Proven instructional design skills, including curriculum development and e-learning creation
• Experience in a telehealth or multi-site healthcare setting
