Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, design, lead, implement, and ensure adoption of improvements in the legal department
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop employee-centric and business-viable solutions
  • Design modern processes integrating new systems and technology
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years in business process development
  • High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years experience in business process development
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvements, preferably in the legal space
  • Experience with legal technological solutions and collaboration with legal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
