Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Director, Regulatory Excellence Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Capability Leads in Regulatory Affairs (RA)
• Develops overall vision and roadmap for GRA Excellence and Capability strategy
• Ensures alignment across capabilities and oversees process improvements and governance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or comparable professional education in relevant fields
• 5-7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or related areas
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
