Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Process Analysts, overseeing project contributions and individual development
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align team priorities with product roadmap and optimize resource deployment
• Design and implement process improvements while ensuring ongoing optimization of owned processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity
• Proven experience in managing and developing junior or mid-level analysts
• Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence within an organization
• Advanced analytical skills with a track record of translating business challenges into actionable solutions
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
