Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Pro Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
• Implement AI-enabled workflows and dashboards while engaging with stakeholders for business process analysis
• Utilize deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development
• Strong understanding of Workflow Data Fabric and Microsoft Teams integration
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS-ITSM, and ITSM Professional Suite Certification
