Project Manager


We are looking for a Project Manager to lead security installation projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of project management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage security installation projects with a focus on engineering, proposal writing, and project management.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project life cycle.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of integrated security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
  • Conduct site assessments for security system installations to create detailed and engineered proposals.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and various trades to oversee project deliverables and ensure coordination.
  • Engage in negotiations with stakeholders to drive process improvements and project success.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking status, milestones, achievements, and budgetary performance throughout the project duration.
  • Address and escalate issues effectively, maintaining strong control over project scope.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, with diverse audiences, including upper management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; familiarity with Access is a plus.
  • Create and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project.
