The Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games will be hosted in Los Angeles, California in 2028, returning to the United States for the first time in over 30 years. 2028 will be the first time LA hosts the Paralympic Games, creating an opportunity to expand awareness, understanding and inclusion of people with disabilities.

The Ticketing department is responsible for developing a robust Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Ticket Operations strategy for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This encompasses maximizing revenue through sold-out and fully attended events, while ensuring accessible pricing and broad access to the General Public.
Reporting to the Manager of Client Sales & Service for LA28, the Associate, Client Sales & Service will serve as the primary point of contact for our Key Stakeholders IOC, IPC, International Federations, Commercial Partners, and more. They will assist with the development of their ticketing programs, management of the Client Ticket Portal, development of Stakeholder and General Public Ticketing Guides, and sourcing added value revenue opportunities.
In addition, this position will be responsible for collaborating with Hospitality, Accommodations, and Partnership functional areas to align on stakeholder engagement strategies and timelines.

Bachelor’s Degree Required or equivalent work experience
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
