The Role


Ideals is among the Top-5% of all companies on RepVue, as rated by Sales professionals. The Sales team has been a driving force behind our steady 30%+ YoY growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR business, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in Spain, eager to actively contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategy. 


In this role, you will target key Iberian account decision-makers to attain the set revenue goals. We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of our expansion and is an ideal starting point for a fulfilling B2B sales career within a high-growth tech environment.


Tech stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, Phantombustrer, Woodpecker.


What You Will Do
  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Iberia tracking personal sales activities in CRM
  • Conduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contact
  • Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
  • Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community


What We Look For
  • c.1.5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry 
  • Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota 
  • Strong business communication skills in English and Spanish (native) including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
  • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback

Our Interview Process


We believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element. Our interview assignments simulate what it’s like to work at Ideals and the type of tasks you’ll tackle. Here are the stages of the interview process for this role:


• Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (~30 mins)

• Roleplay interview with the Hiring Manager (30 mins)

•  Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (60 mins)

• Interview with the VP of Business Development EMEA + LatAM (30-45 mins)
