Chest Medicine Associates is on the lookout for a detail-oriented New Patient Referral Coordinator to join our team in beautiful South Portland, Maine. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our new patients have a seamless onboarding experience. As the New Patient Referral Coordinator, you'll be responsible for sorting and organizing incoming requests for consultations while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in a medical office environment, we want to hear from you! This position offers flexibility, with options for part-time or full-time work, depending on your needs. Your daily tasks will include creating charts in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, entering crucial patient demographic and insurance information, and scheduling appointments with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, you’ll ensure the accuracy of patient data and assist in enrolling patients in our health portal. The perks?
