Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review automotive maintenance and repair orders, providing timely advice and recommendations
• Ensure proper repair services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and negotiate order pricing
• Analyze clients' needs and provide solutions, while fielding calls from drivers to suggest service locations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 current ASE certifications
• Must be 18 years or older and reside in Kansas City, MO or surrounding areas
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience preferred
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
