Job Description

  • Provide application support and training for Document Management System
  • Contact person for internal and 3rd party users from multiple countries
  • Support and troubleshoot other applications connected to our DMS system
  • Creation and maintenance of technical user documentation, manuals or instructions
  • Collaborate with other teams and report to the Manager of Business Applications

Qualifications

  • Experience in software support (DMS focus) and administration 1-2 years, with strong skills for training and internal customer support.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and service skills.
  • Independent, structured, and proactive approach to work, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player, committed, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written),German is a plus;
