Location

  • This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City HQ. The candidate must reside in New York or be able to commute to New York City to work out of our office 3x a week (T/W/Th).

What You'll Do

Core Recruiting (70%)

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across all departments, with a particular focus on technical roles (engineering, product, and design)

  • Drive high-volume outbound sourcing campaigns to build robust candidate pipelines

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and craft effective hiring strategies

  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high quality of candidate experience

  • Own candidate closing and offer negotiations

  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics and pipeline health

Process Development (30%)

  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems

  • Create structured interview processes from scratch for new role types

  • Develop and maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and best practices

  • Partner with leadership to establish hiring standards and interview practices

  • Improve operational efficiency around scheduling and interview coordination

  • Help establish employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience

  • Proven track record of closing senior technical talent in a startup environment

  • Experience being the sole/lead recruiter at an early-stage company

  • Strong track record of high-volume outbound recruiting success

  • Experience building recruiting processes and programs from scratch

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach to recruiting

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for non-technical roles

  • Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and technologies
