Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to design and maintain databases for tracking essential metrics
• Assist in updating datasets for management decisions and prepare reports for Flag level briefs
• Contribute to enhancing data tracking processes and provide qualitative and quantitative reports

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in database development and business analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and SharePoint
• Familiarity with tools such as SQL, VBA, and HTML
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent military/commercial experience
