Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst focused on marketing performance and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly performance reporting on marketing and acquisition KPIs in an executive-friendly format
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and root causes, considering internal and external factors
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools for self-service analytics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a data/analytics role focused on business performance
• Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python is a plus
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Familiarity with DMAIC, Pareto analysis, and performance improvement methodologies
