Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insights Analyst in Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate impactful insight-driven stories using syndicated products to address customer pain points
• Provide actionable insights and excellent customer service with a customer-centric mindset
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer feedback and identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, or a similar field
• 3-5 years of experience in market research or business insights, focusing on client communication and storytelling with data
• Strong analytical skills to distill diverse data sets into cohesive stories
• Outstanding organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with G-Suite and intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
