• 1+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, focusing on client relationship management
• Understanding of SDLC and software release processes
• Knowledge of market trends and client platforms in iGaming
• Fluent in English (B2+) and either Ukrainian or Russian
• Proficient in CRM and BI tools, as well as advanced MS Office skills
