For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Act as a full business owner of the new product development direction within the company
Assess team potential, and formulate plans and goals for each team
Lead the process of searching for and generating new concepts
Curate the development of new products: discuss product vision from concept to completion, monitor product progress, and act as the Product Leader for several product teams
Discover new business opportunities in promising market niches
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven successful experience working with mobile games: including creating and managing products; experience in casual or puzzle games is a plus
Strong knowledge of game design
Experience in leading and managing multiple teams and products simultaneously.
Recent hands-on experience in relevant areas
Excellent networking skills and a deep understanding of the gaming market
Fluency in both Russian and English
High analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership experience
