Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client retention and demonstrate the value of services to renew clients
• Facilitate and coordinate all client communications for a seamless experience
• Lead client engagement activities and serve as a trusted advisor to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management or similar roles, preferably in Healthcare Consulting
• Knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM software like Salesforce
• Basic project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
