Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications
• Create and maintain functional documentation for ongoing and existing projects
• Supervise QA teams in creating and validating test cases to ensure coverage of functional scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years in a Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience with requirements elicitation and functional documentation techniques
• Basic understanding of QA processes and functional validation
